Terms of service and licensing agreement.
Last updated October 2026. Please read this End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the Axiom software platform.
Licensing & Operational Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a workspace, or using Axiom (the "Software" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and Terms of Service with Axiom Systems. If you access the service on behalf of a company or commercial trade entity, you represent that you have the statutory legal authority to bind that entity.
Subject to your active subscription plan, Axiom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform to ingest purchase invoices, verify arithmetic, manage trade supplier directories, and export statutory purchase ledger records. You agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the core parser engine, nor attempt to circumvent physical database isolation boundaries.
You retain complete legal title, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to all document scans, PDFs, and ledger transactions uploaded to your workspace. Axiom claims no ownership rights over your financial books, and commits never to sell, license, or monetize your company purchase data to third parties.
Axiom is an autonomous software tool providing automated document recognition, deterministic arithmetic validation, and ledger export capabilities. Axiom does not provide chartered accountancy or certified auditing services. The ultimate accuracy of all tax returns and statutory filings submitted to HMRC remains the sole legal responsibility of the business officers.
Connecting third-party platforms (Xero, QuickBooks Online or Sage) authorizes Axiom to synchronize bills, attachments, and payment statuses via secure OAuth 2.0 channels. Third-party platforms remain subject to their respective terms and rate limits.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
